The so-called dark line refers to the indentation line that should not exist; The "burst line" refers to the cracking or local cracking of paperboard fiber due to excessive die-cutting indentation pressure, which exceeds the bearing limit of paperboard fiber. The reasons and reasons for such shortcomings are as follows:

1.The selection of indentation line and indentation die is not suitable. The type of indentation die and the height of indentation line can be selected as follows. When cutting corrugated paper: the groove depth of the indentation die = the real-time paper thickness of the corrugated paper, the groove width of the indentation die = 2 times the paper thickness of the corrugated paper + the thickness of the indentation line, the height of the indentation line = the height of the die-cutting knife - the real-time paper thickness of the corrugated paper

2. If the pressure of the die-cutting machine is not adjusted properly, the pressure regulating mechanism of the die-cutting machine shall be adjusted, and the pressure of the die-cutting machine shall be adjusted appropriately.

3. The thickness of the adhesive paper on the fixed backing plate is inaccurate. Due to the low or high backing paper, the conditioning method is to re pad the paper.

4. The paper is too poor or the water content of the paper is too low.
